A large number of French cancerologists have been trained at the Institut Gustave-Roussy. Through its high level teaching linked with daily practice in clinical research, the School of carcinology gives patients access to innovative treatments which have been validated and adapted for human application. Teaching personnel appointed must hold statutory accreditation for the purpose.
